The Trinity SS180M TMA is MASH compliant TMAs approved by LTA of Singapore. The SS180M is crash tested to Mash standards to absorb direct and offset impacts for mid-size vehicles travelling at up to 100km/h. The SS180M is a fully self-contained, easy to operate and maintain system that is designed to minimise crash impact debris. The controlled crash impact ensures safety of adjacent road users and minimises secondary road incidents.
What does MASH Tested mean?
- MASH stands for Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware, and it is a set of testing procedures, guidelines and conditions that are produced by the American transport organization AASHTO
- Up until recently, we used a different American test method known as NCHRP350, however, local safety policy has been updated MASH is now the preferred test method.
We Are LTA Approved on 29 Dec 2020

Every year an estimated 1.25 million people die because of road crashes. And millions more are injured. The World Health Organization has synthesized evidence-based measures that can significantly reduce road traffic fatalities and injuries.
The result is Save LIVES: a package of 6 strategies to reduce injuries and deaths from road traffic crashes.
The components of the Save LIVES package are: Speed management, Leadership and infrastructure.
